About Me

I’m a climbing coach and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. I have over 16 years of climbing experience, both in the gym and out at the crag.

I love the complex mental and physical challenges of climbing, and it’s my mission for EVERYONE to have access to and a safe space within this wonderful sport.

Coaching 101

“Hey Juliet,” you might ask, “who is coaching for?” The highly technical answer to this question is: EVERYONE!

Maybe you’re trying to push your performance limits. Maybe you have hit a plateau in your progress and need help breaking through. Maybe your regular training routine has gotten stale and needs a refresh.

Whichever challenges you’re facing, I’m here to help you through them. I’m passionate about helping my athletes feel encouraged, motivated, and accountable with my technique and strength training plans.
