In my highest support coaching service, we’ll take a holistic look at your climbing so you can break through your plateau and hit your goals efficiently.
Strength
Strength training prepares your body to handle the variability of climbing, reduces the risk of injury, and makes you a well-rounded athlete.
Whether you need to build strength to push your limits or maintain it while you focus on other parts of your climbing, you’ll get personalized workouts to fit your needs.
Technique
Having good technique can be the difference between sending and falling.
We’ll focus on developing your technique so you can move and trust your body as a whole, become well-rounded in different styles and skills, and intuitively make decisions on the wall.
We’ll identify and target your technical areas of development so you have confidence on the wall.
Mindset
Climbing progress isn’t always linear which can make it difficult to feel confident and stay motivated.
Having a strong mindset and being able to work through mental blocks is equally as important as physical ability.
With coaching support, we can identify and resolve the source of mindset issues so you can tackle your goals.

Meeting you where you’re at
Without assessing where you’re currently at, it becomes much more difficult to create an appropriate program for YOU.
This is why my 1:1 coaching program begins with strength, hangboard, and technique assessments, plus a 60 minute call to go over the results. Based on these assessments, a customized program can be tailored to your personal needs to maximize your gains.
Fully-customized 8-week training plan
No cookie-cutter workouts
Your 1:1 coaching workouts are written on a week-by-week basis so your program can be progessessed appropriately and flexibly.
For each workout, you can record your results and upload videos for feedback using Everfit [an online training platform where your workouts are delivered]. Each week, I review your results to program your next workouts.
In-depth video analysis
Get my eyes directly on your climbing
Visual feedback is KEY in improving technique and working through difficult climbing moves. While written and verbal feedback can be helpful, our bodies learn best from watching and doing.
By actively watching your climbing back with graphic and voiceover analysis, you can gain a better understanding of your movement. This gives you the ability to make the necessary changes the next time you go back to climb or lift.
Additional mindset support and coaching
Unlimited messaging to talk through mental blocks
Whether you have a quick question or need to talk after a tough session, you get unlimited messaging for coaching support.
This allows us to work through things as they come up in real time so you can get the coaching you need, when you need it.
Additionally, we have 3x 30 minute check-ins to dig in deeper and make any additional modifications to your program.

Trading perfectionism for efficiency

Expanding movement abilities
